Dear Radiologic Technology Applicant,

In our new application packet for 2008-2009 you will find the application, the evaluation grid and the hospital shadowing form. Your application for admission to the Rad Tech program must be submitted no later than November 1, 2008. After submitting your application, you will prepare a portfolio that includes the job shadowing form, a written report summary your observation experience, the evaluation grid, and a copy of your transcripts (Ivy Tech and prior college). Also, if you are currently taking a general education course that is required, complete the "Current Course Standing" form and have the instructor of that course sign and date it. For Internet courses have your instructor e-mail your course standing. It is your responsibility to turn the Current Course Standing form in with the other portfolio required paperwork.

General education courses must be completed by May 31, 2008.
Final application portfolio packet is due by January 1, 2009.
No late portfolios will be accepted.

The Radiologic Technology Program has a limited enrollment based on clinical site availability. Application and/or completion of suggested course sequence does not guarantee admission into the program. Once all documentation has been received and your eligibility verified, you will receive a letter as to the final selection process, a written essay.
