According to the web site Bloomington Census 64.7% of the housing units in Bloomington are renter-occupied. Many of our Facilities Maintenance students end up working in the expanding apartment industry in Bloomington.

In today’s industry, many of the skilled trades people are nearing retirement age. Where is the next generation of skilled technicians coming from? In many instances, the answer is from this nation’s two year college technical programs.

I look forward to helping you achieve your educational goals and to seeing you on campus.

Sincerely,
Mark Esch-Williams
